sScenario — Our employer and healthcare consultant users had excitement for a product that was going to give them insight into how benefits add-ons like ‘digital mental health programs’ were performing, what was the ROI? How were employees affected? The problem was, the original product didn’t hit. Using customer feedback, I re-launched the product; and it resonated.

Over 20 interviews across personas were conducted in the month kicking off the redesign as well as a backlog audit.

We balanced business needs of market parity and more powerful analytics with key experience improvments, enabling users to achieve their jobs to be done delightfully.

We came away with quotes detailing major holes in workflows, workaround, key shortcomings in the capability of our tool, and a clear path forward.
